letter of request by the applicant, written in English, inserting the name, address and address in the header, specifying the reason for the trip, the period of stay and details on the family unit

compilation undertaking (form page 1)

passport valid for 6 months after returning from the trip (original and copy of the whole document) + copies of any previous passports

residence permit valid for 6 months after returning from the trip

letter of acceptance and invitation from the Irish institute

letter from the Italian educational institution

copy of the course fee paid

birth certificate with maternity and paternity

certificate of residence

family status

health insurance card

bank statement of the applicant or of the parents if they are to guarantee

medical insurance NOT OBLIGATORY but useful for issuing the visa (our agency can release it)

request form

Approximately 8 weeks

ALL DOCUMENTATION WILL BE PRESENTED TRANSLATED IN ENGLISH BY AN OFFICIAL TRANSLATOR AND IN A DUAL COPY (our agency may be interested in the translation of documents)
